Seasonal Berry Smoothie

No time to make breakfast? Prepare a smoothie instead.

This seasonal berry smoothie contains yogurt with live enzymes for an extra healthy twist. Low calorie and delicious. A morning treat that is sure to fill you up and put a smile on your face.  

 

Serving Size: Makes two 8-oz. servings.

  • 8-10 oz. plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp. unheated honey
  • 1 Tbsp. protein powder of your choice (optional)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen seasonal berries

Directions:
Combine ingredients in blender. Blend until fully mixed. Serve and enjoy.
