Description:

The Office Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of Benny Hinn Ministries Ltd. United Kingdom. The objective is the successful execution of the pre-determined goals and directives and integrating strategic, brand, and spiritual objectives consistent with the global standards of Benny Hinn Ministries so as to resonate with the local constituency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Office Manager is responsible for the overall operational productivity and efficiency, asset protection and reporting for Benny Hinn Ministries Ltd. United Kingdom. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide leadership in developing organizational and financial strategies and carry out plans and policies authorized by the Board.

  • Manage the staff in relation to productivity and overall performance. Provide coaching as needed.

  • Manage the daily processes in relation to efficiency and ensure maximized return on investment.

  • Implement strategies for developing and retaining a thriving partner base.

  • Ensure timely planning and communications regarding the Ministry's current performance and future needs.

  • Maintain official records and documents, and ensure compliance with federal, provincial and local regulations.

  • Responsible for varied timelines of reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) Initial progress reports to be submitted at week six and week twelve.

  • Oversee all accounting functions including those necessary for auditing, budgeting, financial analysis, capital asset, property management and payroll.

  • Handle varied aspects of human resource management including but not limited to hiring and termination, developing position descriptions, assessing compensation, conducting performance evaluations and applying Board-approved employee policies and benefits to ensure that sound human resource policies, procedures, and practices are in place.

  • Analyze and evaluate vendor services, to determine programs and providers that best meet the needs of the Ministry and make recommendations as appropriate; negotiate services, terms and premiums. Manage payroll and benefits programs.

  • Work with other global ministry affiliates as needed utilizing effective communication strategies.

  • Must be physically in the office a minimum of forty hours per week.

  • Be available to work on site at BHM regional events.

  • Willingness to be hands on for additional tasks as needed

  • Must be a person of integrity and capable of dealing with extremely sensitive financial, legal, personnel and other matters while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

  • Being a born-again Christian with a high level of commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ.
